The fam got together at Vanessa and Richard's house for dinner and to open Christmas presents early because Shawn, Parker and I, in addition to Mom and Dad were heading to Victoria the next day!
Parker learned how to bat his long eyelashes at Vanessa so that he could eat the hockey-themed gummy candy that was on top of his wrapped gift. Vanessa burst out laughing when Parker did it - that Vanessa finally gave in to Parker's request!
One of Parker's favourite gifts was a singing hockey moose decked out in a Vancouver Canucks jersey that sang the "Good Ol Hockey Game" by Stompin' Tom. Auntie Joyce and Uncle Walter bought it for him. Parker loved it - so much so, we brought it to Victoria!
