Thanksgiving Weekend at Jackie's Farm

A whole herd of Deltoids headed out to Jackie's farm for an awesome Thanksgiving lunch. Ginger, Lily, Tony, me, Parker, Jackie, Carel, Jennifer, Annika, Chris and Jane all came. We even Skyped Heidi in Churchill and chatted with her at the lunch table! As you can tell from Parker's attire, the weather was great 20 C for mid October - unfortunately the mosquitoes were terrible! Everyone had a fantastic time, running around outside, swinging in the hammock or jumping in the largest leaf pile I have ever seen!

This picture was taken on Wednesday (November 10, 2010). Parker wanted all of us to wear a (new) Pull Up on our head! We were in the basement and instead of grabbing three Pull Ups at the same time, he ran up the stairs to his bedroom then back down the stairs 3 times!

Parker and his Manitoba Moose Obsession

Parker loves the Manitoba Moose mascot Mick E. Moose. We went to two Moose games in two weeks and we're going back for the third time tonight! We met Mick E. at the Moose Pancake Breakfast (October 16, 2010). The Moose players were actually dishing out the pancakes and sausages (Parker ate 5 sausages by himself) however Parker could care less. I told him that the players worked for Mick E. Moose - he was happy to hear that!
