Parker received some face paint in a goodie-bag at his little friends birthday party. Finally one morning he got his chance to paint his face. Unfortuantely we couldn't remove all the paint so Parker had to go to the public library with blue eyebrows!

More Hockey!
Here's Parker's official Manitoba Moose hockey puck!
Yesterday, Shawn dug out his hockey equipment for school...so you-know-who was very eager to try it on! He attempted to grab his mini hockey stick wearing Shawn's hockey gloves, needless to say, that didn't work so well! Notice Parker is wearing his "skates". He calls his Thomas the Train slippers...or fippers as Parker calls them, as skates because they are slippery on the hardwood floor.
Parkerisms:
Pizza = Peepas
Slippers = Fippers
Mitts = Mipfs
Tomorrow we are off to Victoria for Christmas. Parker has been counting the sleeps until he gets to go on a "big plane". He is also excited to play hockey with Claire and Jeffrey!
Parker and his Hockey
Shawn and I took Parker to another MB Moose game..I think this is his 4th game this season. I have been to more Moose games this season than in the last 15 years combined! We had awesome seats which helps to keep Parker's interest. We were right behind the goaltender.
In the first period, a puck hit the netting and fell on our side of the glass two seats away from where we were sitting. So the gentleman who caught the puck immediately gave it to Parker! Parker did not let go of the puck all night!

Happy Holidays!
Hi everyone! Christmas is in two weeks...quite a scary thought! For those who are not in Winnipeg, or Southern Manitoba for that matter - we have tons of snow. I don't think we shoveled as much last year as this year and we've only had snow for 3 threes!
Last weekend Shawn and I took Parker to Grant Park Mall to see Santa. He was surprisingly shy around and refused to sit on Santa's lap without me. This is quite shocking since Parker walks right up to Mick E. Moose and gives him a "high-five". A few weeks ago I asked Parker what he wanted from Santa for Christmas and he said "a tail for George". Parker was referring to "Curious George" the famous cartoon monkey. Grandma had bought Parker a stuffed George a while back and Parker snuggles with him at bedtime. For what ever reason George is the only monkey I know of that doesn't have a tail! Parker also asked Santa for a "Thomas the Train" bed.
Shawn, Parker and I are heading to Victoria for Christmas to visit my Aunt, cousin Terry and Carolyn and her two kids, Claire and Jeffrey! I am so excited because the last time Jeffrey saw Parker, he was not even one year old yet. Won't Jeffrey be surprised to see a kid who not only walks, he runs, talks in complete sentences and is obsessed with playing hockey and football!
